Change of Name Interviews

From 2 March 2009, to register a change of name in person at Chippendale or Parramatta offices you need to make an appointment. For a change of name interview, call the Registry on 1300 655 236. Alternatively, the Registry continues to accept non-urgent applications by mail.

From 24 November 2008 until further notice, the Registry does not accept urgent Change of Name applications over the counter or via the post.
