Feedback and complaints

Your feedback is important to us. Whether you have a complaint, suggestion or compliment we value all feedback as it helps us improve our service.    

We will acknowledge your feedback within 3 working days. If the matter is complex and requires investigation you will be advised of progress and given an estimated turnaround time.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome you can request that the decision be reviewed.  Internal reviews are processed within 21 working days.
