Cost
The fee payable is dependent on the number of years to be
searched.
For example, the standard fee of $39.00 includes a 10-year search
and a Single Status Certificate (including postage and handling). Each extra 10-year search
or part thereof incurs an additional cost of $34.00.

* All certificates and Birth Cards are distributed through registered post (except Family History) and incur a $5.00 (inc. GST) postage and handling fee. Prices listed are inclusive of the postage and handling fee.
Delivery
- Urgent applications lodged in person at the Registry before
3.00pm are ready for collection in one (1) hour.
- Non-urgent applications lodged in person at the Registry
before 3.00pm are ready for collection the next working
day.
- Urgent mail/fax applications will be sent by registered
post the next working day after they are received. These
cannot be collected and will incur a postage and handling fee of $5.00 (inc. GST).
- Non-urgent mail/fax applications will be sent by registered
post five (5) working days after they are received and will incur a postage and handling fee of $5.00 (inc. GST).
