to divorce.
The Family Law Court will assist with enquiries about applying for divorce or if you need to prove you were divorced.
When filing for divorce, the Family Law Court
will ask for a copy of your Standard
Marriage Certificate. If you were married in New South Wales, you can obtain this by completing a marriage certificate application form.
