Commemorative certificate packages
You may also lodge an application for a standard (non-urgent) Birth or Marriage Commemorative Certificate Package. As this is not yet available online, please enquire when you walk in.
Australia Post outlets will accept applications during their normal business hours. They have invested in leading edge technology to process applications efficiently and securely. Trained personnel using processes designed around the highest levels of privacy and security of information will handle each application.
Please complete an online application form, print off the paper copy, and take along to lodge at a participating Postal outlet. Payment is accepted by EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa or cash (no cheques).
