From 24 November 2008, until further notice the Registry does not accept urgent Change of Name applications over the counter or via the post.
The cost for a Change of Name for an adult and child
are the same.
Urgent applications* $182.00
Non-urgent applications* $140.00
*All Certificates are distributed through registered post (except Family History) and prices listed are inclusive of a postage and handling fee.
Registered post does not ensure next day delivery.
