Along with the Standard Birth Certificate, the Registry also offers a Commemorative range. To make your selection, please choose an option on the top of the Birth Certificate Application Form. All Commemorative Packages include a Standard Certificate.

Commemorative Birth Certificates

The Registry has a new range of Birth Commemorative Certificates.

• Available in eight unique designs;
• Printed on archival quality paper;
• Standard framing size of 210mm x 297mm (A4);
• Beautifully presented, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and packaged in a gold cylinder.
• Commemorative Birth Certificates do not contain security features and organisations may not accept them as a proof of identity document.

* The Feet design is available in a format to display no parent details, but still includes child's name, place of birth, date of birth and sex.

Cost

All certificates are distributed through Registered Post (except Family History) and include postage and handling. However, this does not ensure next day delivery.

If you are purchasing a certificate for a new birth or you have sent the Birth Registration form to the Registry in the last 10 days, please select the 'non-urgent' processing option.

Download the application form, print it off, and complete. Then mail it to the Registry along with your identification.
