Please avoid unecessary delays by ensuring all photocopies of your identification have been certified by a Qualified Witness as true copies of the original. Incomplete applications can lead to delays and may be returned, or refused.

A Qualified Witness is a: Justice of the Peace; Notary Public; Legal Practitioner (holding a current Practising Certificate); and/or a person authorised to administer an oath under Section 26 of the Oaths Act 1900. If applying from outside NSW, please see qualified witnesses outside NSW.

The Registry does not accept applications or forms of identification by fax or email.
